In the heart of West Leederville, a modest 50m² tenancy has been transformed into an ‘urban oasis’ for a psychology consultancy, redefining the client experience.

A 10-person meeting room with a built-in bar anchors the space, surrounded by tailored workstations, an informal meeting bench, breakout zone, utility area and kitchenette — all seamlessly integrated within the tight footprint. Every square metre works hard, without seeming to. With sustainability front of mind, the original carpet tiles were repurposed, grounding the design in thoughtful practice.
